Hypothesis at Federation Square

In August 2009, Mick Moylan, Dr Michelle Taylor, Melina Glasson, Maree Staples, Farrah Wang and Dr Renee Beale presented Radical Wine Tasting to around 300 members of the general public at Hypothesis, Federation Square in Melbourne. Participants learnt about different chemicals in wine, tested the pH and sugar content of different wines, and even got to taste wine thanks to Bellbrae Estate and Darling Park Winery. Hypothesis was the opening event of National Science Week 2009 in Victoria.
