• Green synthetically useful radical processes that avoid the use of toxic tin compounds, for example in cheap feedstock production.
• Development of novel chemical reactions involving: acyl and related radicals, chlorinated hydrocarbon radicals, and amino acid and peptide radicals.
• Investigation of radical processes involving acyl and related radicals using computational techniques.
