    • Development and application of novel sensitive spectroscopic techniques to study the olymerisation, structure and performance of thermoplastic and thermosetting polymers and biopolymers.
    • Mechanism and kinetics of thermal and photooxidation of polyolefins, elastomers and composite materials. Properties and performance of novel biodegradable polymer composites.
    • Stochastic modelling of the infectious spreading of oxidation.
    • Characterisation of organic materials by luminescence techniques.
    • Pro-fluorescent probes for monitoring and mapping alkyl radical reactions.
    • Kinetics and mechanisms of free radical crosslinking reactions of hydrogels and networks by spectroscopic and calorimetric techniques.
